The special thing is that shopkeeper Pintu Chowdhary makes pakodas of pure gram dal and gram flour in mustard oil. People not only come and eat it, but also take it home.

By selling more than 5 thousand pakodas in three hours, earn 3 thousand
Shopkeeper Pintu Chaudhary told that pakodas are made of pure gram dal. Which is fried in pure mustard oil. Due to which it tastes just like home. People from nearby areas including Chhapra come here to eat pakoras. Pintu told that the most important thing is that even after reaching late, pakoras are not available here. People wait here to buy even before setting up shop.

As soon as the shop is set up, people start placing orders by paying money. Hot pakoras are made and given to the people who place orders. Seeing the red color of the pakoras, people’s mouths water. More than 5 thousand pakoras are sold in just three hours of shopkeeping. About 20 kg chana dal and 5 kg gram flour is consumed. Daily earning of 2 to 3 thousand is done after deducting all the expenses.
